Client called our center and was counseled over the phone. We than sent her a packet which included a Bella dvd. Client is 16 years old and abortion minded.

Laura was counseling a woman who had had three abortions and was planning to attend the center’s abortion recovery program. For some reason even though her friend was not pregnant, she gave her a Bella movie. “A few nights later this woman called me in tears,” said Laura. “She had heard from her sixteen year old daughter who had gone to live with her father. Her daughter informed her crying that she was pregnant and dad had kicked her out.
How did Bella play a part in the mother’s decision?
My friend said that if she had not seen Bella she would have advised her daughter to get an abortion as she had done. Instead, she told her daughter to come home and she would help her raise the baby.”

Circumstances of Pregnancy:
A young 16 year old girl came into my center determined to have an abortion. She was afraid to tell her father for fear she would be kicked out of his house. Her boyfriend was pressuring her to have an abortion. She talked with a friend who suggested that she come to our center. There she received the Bella movie and was referred for an ultrasound.
How did Bella play a part in the mother’s decision?
After watching Bella and seeing the ultra sound picture, she decided to have her baby.

Circumstances of Pregnancy:
Jason Jones and Eduardo Verastegui spoke at a men’s breakfast in Dallas Texas where they gave away Bella DVDs. They gave one to my husband who brought it home to give to my center. I was still waiting for my Bella DVD shipment. The next day I had a counseling appointment with a couple who was considering abortion. I talked with them about adoption and gave them Bella to take home.
How did Bella play a part in the mother’s decision?
Two days later, they informed me that watching Bella convinced them that they should have the baby and give it to a couple to adopt.

Circumstances of Pregnancy:
Tina and her boyfriend came into our center and found out she was pregnant. Tina was very abortion minded, as she is in college, away from home and did not feel that they were ready or able to provide for a child. At the end of the counseling session, they were given a copy of bell to take home.
How did Bella play a part in the mother’s decision?
They returned for the ultrasound and after watching Bella had not only decided to parent the child but her boyfriend suggested they name their baby Bella. The ultrasound revealed that they were having twins, which at first took the couple aback, but they were committed to their decision to choose life.
Unfortunately, there were complications and Tina began having contractions. She was rushed to the hospital and they attempted to stop her from going into labor as the twins were only 29 weeks along. I called Tracy at Bella HERO to tell her the story and ask for prayer for the couple and the babies. She called me a few minutes later and said that Eduardo would like to call Tina in the hospital and pray with her. I then called Tina to inform her that Eduardo would be calling, and a few minutes later he called and spoke with her which really meant a lot.
They were able to temporarily stop the contractions, but a week later, Tina was still having complications and the twins were taken by Caesarian. Their names are Bella and Millie, and they are now thriving and have been taken off all life support and expected to go home in a couple of weeks.
The couple expressed their gratitude for all the prayers and support from our Care Net center and Bella HERO.

About the baby:
I am writing to thank you personally in helping to save the life of the baby of one of our clients. "C" came in last week so confused and scared.
She is 25 years old and already the mother of a 5 yr. old. She lives with her mom and her mom has gone as far to say that she should have had an abortion 5 years ago. The father of the baby had just given his notice at work and was planning on moving to restart his college career over the
summer. She is unemployed but is just a year away from getting her BA in Psychology. She is just a wonderful girl and a dedicated mom but found herself in a "situation" that she didn't plan for. She didn't want to abort, but was intent on doing so because she felt she loved her boyfriend
too much to interrupt his plans. After two hours of
counseling we sent her home with your movie.
How did Bella play a part in the mother’s decision?
She had agreed to an ultrasound at our center and had scheduled it for Wednesday. With great hope I came to meet her to be with her at the ultrasound. Well thanks to you all the battle was
over. "C" came in crying and said she hadn't slept since Saturday. She had gone home and watched "Bella" and not only was she convinced to keep her baby, she broke up with the boyfriend and turned her life back over to God. She went to see her pastor the next day and not only did he give her words of encouragement but provided for her the face of prospective adoptive parents as he shared with her he and his wife interest in
adoption. A divine hand was certainly involved and your movie sealed the deal. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for my client, her
baby and all the counselors who you assist in helping their clients choose life!

Client came in for a pregnancy test and was upset to learn she was pregnant. She was in school, had a job, and was living with ex-boyfriends parents (he was not the father).
How did Bella play a part in the mother’s decision?
After watching Bella she decided to carry and parent and her life turned around. She was able to continue in school, involve the biological father, and the baby boy was born in June 2009.
